Contact Customer Service; we can place the order on your behalf or arrange purchase through a selected ArdAzAei boutique.

In the event that you would like to place an order directly from our website please follow the steps below:
- Browse collections
- Select item (size/colour/personalisation where applicable) and Add to Bag.
- Proceed to Checkout from the bag icon.
- Enter shipping details, then payment details.
- Review and Place Order.
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email; a shipping confirmation follows when dispatched.

4Order Cancellations & Returns

Orders can’t be cancelled once confirmed. You’re welcome to return after delivery in line with our policy. For help, contact Customer Service.
5Pre-orders
5.1What is a Pre-order?
A pre-order reserves an item that will be available soon. An estimated delivery date appears on the product page.
Orders containing available and pre-order items ship separately.
- Orders with multiple pre-order items ship as each item becomes ready.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation for each parcel.
- Pre-orders are payable by credit card only. We request an initial authorisation (typically 7 days). When your item is ready to ship, a new authorisation is taken, and you are charged only upon shipment.
6Packaging
6.1How Will My Order Be Packaged?
Orders arrive in ArdAzAei branded packaging. Each item is presented in its own case, then placed in a plain outer carton with protective fillers for discretion and protection.
7Invoice and Tax Information
7.1Where Can I Find the Invoice and Tax Information?
All prices include VAT. Download your invoice from your shipping confirmation email. Once an order is confirmed, invoice details can’t be changed and a new invoice can’t be issued.

9Tracking Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number when your package ships. On delivery, please verify the number of parcels and the condition of the outer packaging. Any damage or discrepancy should be noted in writing on the carrier’s delivery document and reported to us promptly. Couriers deliver Monday–Friday and typically make up to three attempts before returning the order to us.

We can’t ship to General Delivery or P.O. Boxes; such orders will be cancelled. Your delivery address must match the country/region in which you place your order. If you need to change region, use the country selector (top-left of our website) and shop in the correct locale.
11Pick-up In Store
11.1Pick-up In Store
Complimentary pick up in store is available. Select Pick up in Store at checkout and choose your boutique. We’ll email you when your order is ready.
Bring:
- Your Ready for Pick-up email (printed or on a mobile device).
- Collection by someone else (tell us in advance by email):
- A copy of your valid ID,
- The collector’s valid ID,
- The Ready for Pick-up email, and
- A letter of authorisation.
If not collected within 30 days of arrival in store, the order will be returned and refunded (except personalised/non-returnable items).
