ArdAzAei will inform the Customer of the total price of the Order, including delivery charges where applicable. Once the order has been submitted and the payment has been confirmed, a confirmation notice will be sent to the Customer by email or another agreed communication channel. This order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order. It is important to note that once the Customer has completed the necessary information on the dedicated payment page and clicks on the payment button, the Customer accepts these Terms of Service and places a binding order for the Product(s) or Service(s).

 

Electronic communications, such as emails, recorded messages, or by phone, serve as valid proof of the nature and date of orders placed. ArdAzAei shall retain information related to any Order with a value equal to or exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) euros for a period of ten (10) years. This information shall be made available to the Customer upon request, which may be sent to maison@ardazaei.com. However, Customers are advised to keep a copy of the details pertaining to their Order.

Purchases shall be reserved exclusively for Customer’s for their own personal use or for gifting purposes, and not for resale or other commercial activities. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are acting as a consumer and that the Product(s) purchase are not intended for commercial distribution or profit. The Customer further certifies that they possess the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract of purchase in accordance with the provided Terms of Service. Orders placed that are in violation of these conditions may be refused.

 

ArdAzAei reserves the right to refuse any order (i) placed by a Customer(s) involved in an ongoing dispute that concerns payment or delivery of a previous order; or (ii) orders that otherwise fail to meet the requirements of the Terms of Service.

 

Should an order be found to be noncompliant, ArdAzAei shall notify the Customer. The Customer, after being notified by ArdAzAei, shall have five (5) calendar days from the date of such notification to correct the error or noncompliance. If the Customer fails to correct the error or noncompliance, ArdAzAei reserves the right to cancel the whole or part of the order and any associated payment.

The prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes (including VAT). Delivery charges, where applicable, are excluded from the listed prices and will be displayed separately prior to order confirmation. The prices invoiced are those in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to the availability of the product(s). ArdAzAei reserves the right to modify the prices at any time and without notice, without prejudice to the orders that have already been confirmed.

 

It is imperative to note that tax refund services are not available for purchases of these product(s). 

 

For each confirmed order, an invoice shall be issued to the Customer for the total amount payable. This invoice shall be provided in electronic format and in paper format, if the Customer requests it. The invoice will include the following details: (i) transaction number; (ii) sales assistants name – where applicable; (iii) amount paid; product reference(s); quantity; and any applicable shipping fees.

 

Ownership of the Product(s) shall remain with ArdAzAei until the Product(s) come into the physical possession of either: (i) the customer; or (ii) a person authorized by the Customer to take possession of the Product(s).

 

Until ownership has been transferred, the Customer is not permitted to resell or otherwise transfer any Product(s) delivered under the conditions above without ArdAzAei’s prior express written consent. Any unauthorized resale shall be considered a breach of the Terms of Service.

 

Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as explicitly permitted by us in writing in advance. Any breach of these Terms of Service shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you, and without prejudice to any other rights of ArdAzAei.
